I have the powerdns recursor and it works perfectly. Except I would like
to configure it to use my ISP DNS servers in addition to others.
Two reasons: recursive lookups take quite some time behind a ADSL line
(my ISP can do it faster) and my ISP servers are caching with more

What Operating System are you using? On Linux this would be:
