bash script. Since the backend is Mysql can we really pass mysql statement
by which I can update the zone file?

I really doubt if PowerDNS natively supports managed DNS services or GTM
[Global traffic Manager] like they monitor the hosts or records and if
they don't receive a response they disable the record from zone. So that
end user will not be able to reach to the ISP link which is down and as
