Has anybody an idea, what could be the reason for this problem? Should
I use a static hint file (and refresh it every week manually)?

no problems. This systems get
normally 200 request/second, I think this is really low traffic.

without iptables is perhaps a bad idea :), but I will change it to
iptables -I INPUT 1 -p udp --dport 53 -j ACCEPT
iptables -I INPUT 2 -p tcp
pdns_recursor with follow options:
/usr/sbin/pdns_recursor --daemon=no --local-port=5353
--local-address=127.0.0.1

I find follow error message in the logfile:

Have anybody a hint for me? Perhaps I set a wrong option in my pnds.conf?
