The DLTK contact for Galileo releng is Andrey Platov. http://wiki.eclipse.org/Galileo#Projects Looking in the filesystem on dev.eclipse.org, I see plugins/org.eclipse.dltk.ui_*.jar*, but no features. Can you try pointing EPP at this update site, and installing some other DLTK feature, like core.
