I do not think LIMDEP is the only choice. Almost all of the big statistical packages offer something, SAS, BMDP, S+... . Generally they can only handle simple models, datapreparation/presentation is more or less user friendly. Then there is a free/shareware program from G¨otz Rohwer, Germany
