I think that TIAA-CREF themsevles have a very large experience on some
direct investing in housing and other social but prifutable venturs if
this is what you have in mind
it is very critical of route of extreme privatization
and calls for some public sector safeguards (sic?!))
Does anyone have more details and/or know how to get that report?
