Tom, this isn't going to be much help besides alerting you to a wealth of information that I'm not going to be able to give you an address for. In the UK there was a long running law suit where McDonald's sued activists for liable. The activists were leafletting with information about McDonalds. Two individuals took on McDonalds, defended themselves in court over months (years?) and came out with at least a political victory. They had a website about the trial, and I'm sure some adept search can find that. I'm not adept. But that is probably your best source.
