Thanks. Well, not exactly. The budget concept "national defense" includes Energy Dept. nuclear weapons spending. Much of the CIA allocation is buried in various departments, but a good deal of it is hidden in the Pentagon budget. The intelligence budget was about $30 billion, last I heard, so it's about 10% of the total military budget, and if most of it is already included in the military, you're not missing all that much (there may be CIA activities hidden in the embassy budget, e.g.).
