Bad things happened.

For info on what happened when GA was cut, and names of other states where
it's happened, call the Center for Social Welfare Policy & Law in NYC,
212-633-6967. They've done reports on it. People at the UMich school of
social work have followed up on what happened to GA people; I had one of
them on my radio show, but I can't remember her name. Sherrie K<something>.
