Milkin is not totally wrong.  Think of how fast advanced societies 
rebuild after disasters, when they are well organized.  Even Nagasaki and 
Hiroshima had telephones and electricity back on line within a matter of 
a few weeks -- not for everybody of course.

Could he have said, instead of visiion, a social capacity, which includes 
of course, the form of relations that either impede or promote that 
capacity.  Isn't that better than the capital fetish?
