Responsibilities include developing proposals, supervising research assistants, and working with a team of other researchers on major projects. Experience: Requires a proven record of research and policy analysis related to human resource and welfare issues, including publications in academic journals; familiarity with policy developments in the field of labor and income support programs; excellent writing, quantitative, and statistical analytical skills; and the ability to make clear and effective oral presentations and to work independently and as part of a team. The position requires a motivated, self-directed individual able to conceptualize projects, write proposals, and conduct research.
