This police force, especially the feared Mobile Police, are well known for horrifying acts of brutality and murder. The US Dept. of State have confirmed that Nigeria's police and security forces are committing "extra judicial" murders and are carrying out excessive force to stamp down on any civil unrest under the Obasanjo government.
