If you don't like macros perl_default_subpackage_tests, then it's fine
by me.
But if you are removing it from specfile, you have to add obsolete
-tests sub-package.
perl_default_filter is default filtering macro [1], but in this case is
not much
to filter. Anyway I don't see any reason for removal
