It's somewhat intentional. We haven't backported the latest version (yet) of
xwayland-run in RHEL 9, which has some slight changes. We _could_ do it, but my
idea was that if xvfb-run works already in

As `xwayland-run` is available in EPEL 9, I guess the conditional could be

```
rather than
```

there.
