Hi Kevin,
it should be fixed now. There were incorrect nvr for some dual life
packages. I rebuilt perl and few other perl packages. Let me know if
it's compose working.

looks like it's unable to init mock roots to build it.
Hopefully they just need a rebuild for newer perl?
