Dear all, Please read http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/ucs/quotes.html for background information on why in your ASCII software and documentation you really should write 'quote' and not `quote' in the Unicode age, i.e. why you should not abuse the Latin-1 grave accent as a left quotation mark.
