2.1) And.. maybe just strip off the Unicode part and we'll get
a good guide on CJK? It's a great thing to have the CJK explanation
bundled, isn't it?

Anton to submit his patch for Encode::Supported, I have written a pod
as follows. That explains how CJK encodings are made. I would
appreciate if you give me some feedback. There are many good pages on
this subje
