Using Win98 here, with default appearance settings.
Aldo, I notice from your screen shots you have some interesting
colors in your appearance settings...maybe that has something to
do with the reason we see it and you don't?

it does not happen to me on my office box with NT 4.0 on, neither on my home
box with 98...
so I wonder, could it be something with 95?
