After sending my initial message, I kept fiddling around with the dcl2html
problem and stumbled across something called pod2htm
I'm trying to use dcl2html to convert the win32::gui documentation from pod
to html. The program appears to run OK, but the output file contains only
the skeleton html statements -- nothing from the input pod file is there. I
guess the obvious answer is that dcl2html is not actually getting to t

I did not just "[go] clickty-click with the mouse", but I confess I did not

The URL you provided does not work.
I was able to find some stuff under "jcmcnamara" in the URL where perl is
being used to create an excel file. This is not what I want to do. I want to
run perl code as a function/module inside EXCEL, in the same way that one
can run VBA.

Doesn't have to be anything fancy, in fact, simpler is probably better. I
just want a starting point that illustrates how the interface between EXCEL
and perl works.
