i am using the UltraEditor-32 embeded with Active Perl 5.6.
UltraEdit-32 is a good text editor on Win32, it has syntax sensitive
to C, Perl and other language.
while Active Perl 5.6 provides a good development tools including a
visual debugger. (run "perl.exe -d")
