Hello , I installed XML-LibXML on perl 5.8.0 build 806 via bribes repo. [on Windows] The installation went well, but when I use the module in a script I get he following error. Please advise what cld be the problem.
First a pop-up says - "The procedure entry point Perl_Ilockhook_ptr could not be located in the dynamic link library perl58.dll" And the error on Command line is Can't load 'C:/Perl.5.8.0.806/site/lib/auto/XML/LibXML/LibXML.dll' for module XML::LibXML: load_file:The specified procedure could not be found at C:/Perl.5.8.0.806/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 229. at C:/Perl.5.8.0.806/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 153 BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:/Perl.5.8.0.806/site/lib/XML/LibXML.pm line 153. Compilation failed in require at - line 1. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at - line 1. -- The file C:/Perl.5.8.0.806/site/lib/auto/XML/LibXML/LibXML.dll exists .
