Here is a pretty good start. There is one programmer/writer, I think his name is Kip
Hampton. He has done a good bit of work with XML, Perl and dB's. I believe he has also
written a module or two for dealing with XML and Perl.

i found the XML::Records module. It looks exactly like what i want but i
can't for the life of me figure it out. If anyone has used this, can you
cut and paste a snip of the XML and a snip of the perl that reads it. The
field names and screwing me up i think..
