Thanks to all people who replay with great comments about my module to read Isis data. Finally I decided to name it Biblio::Isis and it's on CPAN as we speak.
Currently it's tested on both little and big-endian machines (PearPC and OpenDarwin are two very good projects which helped me a lot while debugging little-endian problems) and includes simple script to dump Isis database as ASCII output.
