gh15835: Allow for bracket-stack annotations in tokereport()
Proof of concept to name the flags applied to tokens to modify the
bracket stack, and use them to report better with -DT; see for example
the output of: perl -DT -e 'qq{@{[0]}}' 2>&1 | grep -B1 '??\|BRACK'
