B::Deparse: Remove obsolete handling of OP_ENTERSUB's OPf_SPECIAL flag
It was used to flag that call sub was being called using the `do
SUBNAME(LIST)` notation, which was removed in 5.20 (commit
8c74b41425572faeb638f1269025b59d0785794f).
