I'll guess (without any tests to back me up :-) that OpenBSD needs
the same sort of treatment that FreeBSD do
I recently wrote a CGI script that is geared towards getting rid of the
recent IIS worms going around, this script detects recent worm attacks
(Nimda & Codered) and uses the IP address to find the parent Netblock
owner's email address, it then sends an email to that address as well as the
abuse ad
