I think the way to aproach test reports, as a developer, should be more along the lines of 'this user (automated) reported that your module could not be installed, due to the following reasons; perhaps this indicates a problem with your software you were not aware of' -- or maybe NOT.. it's just information, provided as feedback to the developers. It may be useful, it may be a PEBKAC, but only the original developer can really make that destinction, and that's why they all get sent. Just my $0.02, -- Jos
