================================================== Description The Financial Information Systems Specialist is responsible for the development and production operation of custom applications that utilize data from disparate information systems for financial reporting and operations. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a data mart to support all financial information systems. * Monitor and manage the flow of information into the finance data mart. * Develop and maintain facilities to deliver corporate financial information to end-users. * Gather business requirements and create technical specification for the development of new reports and new data transformation applications. * Ensure operational availability and timely delivery of all required financial information and reporting applications. * Coordinate with other technical and functional staff with respect to proper function of the retail financial data mart. * Develop and maintain appropriate communication for all financial data mart deliverables and system operation issues. * Develop and maintain the financial data mart technical operations guide to document financial information data mart and reporting functions. Qualifications * Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and education * Three to five years of relevant experience * Experience with retail pharmacy and financial reporting is preferred * Preferred: Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Crystal Report, legacy information systems, dBase, and Hyperion Essbase ANALYTICS * Strong general PC and project management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Please feel free to contact me if you need further details on job description/responsibilities.
