Anna, I would only be concerned if you catch more than one in a few month period. It is most likely a stray from outdoors that accidentally got inside. It's a predator and if you have a population of predators surviving & breeding inside that means there's enough prey inside to keep them alive -

Yes, most are springtails but it also looks like you have a Dorypteryx in the upper left. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dorypteryx Can't tell if you should be concerned since I don't know what your situation is. These critters are generally harmless but obviously are feeding on something. -Derek
