Based on the antennae and size, I would say Cigarette Beetle (Lasioderma serricorne), and that is considered a high-risk pest. They target books bindings, so I would examine those very closely for any fine powder from adults feeding and then go from there (checking for larvae). Any books that might be damaged should be able to be put in a freezer to kill the bugs. Definitely a concern!

There is a beetle called the Mexican book borer, Tricorynus herbarius that looks very similar to the drug store beetle. So does the hairy fungus beetle. A view of the antennae could help.
