Megan,
I believe those are Springtails (I have noted order Collembola), which are
nuisance pests attracted to damp. I am not surprised you are seeing them
in conjunction with Psocids, as they like the same conditions.

and conditions. They won't cause any damage to you or your collections.
Dehumidify and vacuum. Not much else is necessary.
