PetscRandomGetValueReal() and PetscRandomGetValueImaginary() have no mention in their manual pages what they do? Do they return random numbers with a zero imaginary part and a zero real part respectively? Manual page does not see. Also PetscRandomGetValue() does not have .seealso to these t
