Is there a branch in the SLEPc repo that supports this?

Satish,
Yes, I was already doing that, just preferred to check.
Jose,
Thanks, I will upgrade tomorrow.

How about you bring in anaconda?
It ships with [almost] all dependencies and the installation is fairly
automated, it should be feasible.

Hi everybody!
I kept experimenting with slepc and GPUs, and when I turned to SVD I found out
that the hands-on exercise on SVD [#4] doesn't run properly.
If I run it on CPU it works fine, whereas...

Hi everybody,
I have recently being trying to run SLEPc on GPUs, but I am experiencing some
trouble.
I think I correctly installed PETSc to run on GPUs, as I can actually see an
execution time difference in PETSc programs when run with or without -vec_type
cusp -mat_type aijcusp.

Hi all,
I came across this [alleged] bug when installing petsc with GPU support: if I
run configure with option -with-cusp-include=... it complains I should also set
-with-cusp-lib, but cusp is a pure template library, so there is no static or
shared library to link against.
