I'm trying to load balance outgoing traffic, as suggested on newest PF FAQ. However my config involves a DMZ, a internal interface, e one external interfaces bounded to two different IPs.

Can you explain a bit more about your Internet connection? Why do you have two gateways on the same interface? Can you clarify you've been assigned a /27 (or is it a /24?) in addition to having a single address on $ext_if. Also, what are you trying to accomplish? I can't quite figure out why you're load balancing on a single interface unless you haven't configured a default gateway? (can you clarify if that's also true and if so, why)
