This patch adds a column to the status view showing when the client
connected to the backend, based on the new information available in
pg_stat_activity in 8.1.
Docs update also adds the "client address" info which was in the dialog

with CMD-C, as
is 'standard' on OSX.
rather, one needs to use CONTROL-C. works just fine.
