Now I remember: it was Alt-E, not Ctrl-E I had implemented for pga2
compatibility, which collided with something.
Ctrl-E is ok, and added in cvs.

Sybase (ASA version at least) switched to F5 when their java based isql
came out. Was F9 before that. alt-t was much easier.
