As Ray mentioned, \d does not work with the query tool. Reason begin, \d is
psql utility and not a standard PostgresQL clause.
In pgAdmin, you can click on the table and go to the "SQL" tab for the DDL.

Yes, I feel that way everytime I install a rack server with Linux-based OS and
start pgAdmin in Docker container and turn all developers of my team able to
run pgAdmin in their browsers with zero install on their machines.

Thank you all so much! I was able to download the latest 5.0 version and
got it to work. The download from EDB install for PostgreSQL 13.2 has the
pgAdmin 4.3 version in the package. It connected to all the Postgres
