Thanks, Dave! I upgraded my MDAC from 2.5 to 2.7 RTM Refresh (2.70.9001.0)
and then applied Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 3. The migration ran
without a problem.

I am trying to migrate an Access database to PostgreSQL (behind our
firewall) using the Database Migration Wizard. I select "Access" as the
Database Type and enter the local path in the ".mdb File". After clicking

is a pgAdmin list, not a cygwin one, but yes, you do need cygipc - it will fix
this problem. Just download the precompiled version.

In Cygwin when I go to initialize the database i get the following problem.
