can you tell me what database privileges are necessary for the display of
the query at pgadmin --> tools --> server status? In my Production
environment it shows when I am not connected as
superuser.

could describe your deployment scenario in more detail.
If all you're looking for is to be able to avoid having to login, then
you can always just set SERVER_MODE = False.
