user is a more like a final user, viewing data maybe is the right
choice.
Couldn 't be this behavoir be an option ?. Something like "Show object

Thank you!. I applied this patch and worked.

Hi,
I am having some strange behavior in Fedora Core 2. I compiled a cvs
version, checked out today 16 september. When I try to add a new table,
or database, etc, pgadmin3 crash without any notice or warning, without
logging anything.
A new bug ?.

No, I donÂt have RPMs. I am thinking about it but first I have to learn
how to do it.
I downloaded wxWidgets snapshot from :
http://developer.pgadmin.org/snapshots/wxWidgets/wxWidgets-pgAdmin3-20040907.tar.bz2
and get pgadmin sources from CVS but I guess you could use source
snapshot from:

I can reproduce bug in Fedora Core 2, post-beta cvs sources, 12 sep

Hi,
Use the last pgadmin3 beta:
ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/pgadmin3/beta/src/pgadmin3-1.2.0-beta1.tar.gz
or, better if you can, get a cvs checkout with
CVSROOT=:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/projects
export CVSROOT
cvs login
cvs -z9 checkout pgadmin3
cd pgadmin3
sh bootstrap

Don't use wxWindows-pgAdmin3-20031010-7, use
wxWindows-pgAdmin3-20040711-1.tar.bz2 instead.
and use the last pgadmin3 source snapshot
(http://developer.pgadmin.org/snapshots/pgadmin3-src.tar.gz).
Hi,
This is a old problem with FC2. That wxGTk rpms doesnÂt work. There are
some patches in the list.
I am trying to compile last snapshot of pgadmin but I realize that I
have to compile and install last wxWidgets snapshoot too.
If I success, on FC2, I will post it on this list.
