should be "text/css" (without the quotes).
Indeed, it was text/plain. I changed it to text/css, then restarted
pgAdmin4. Lo and behold, that helped !
Weird, I vaguely remember Werkzeug (or Flask?) having its own hardcoded
mapping for mime-types but aparantly they get read from here.

pgAdmin 1.12.0 (windows version) crashes when perform following steps:
1. Open pgAdmin
2. Go to "SQL composer"
3. Type any SQL query
4. Push "Save results to file" button ->
5. File selection dialog will appear
6. Push "Cancel" in file selection dialog ->
pgAdmin crashes.

I've looked but found no mention of this problem and no fixes via the
internet(ie google).
My Details are:

Okay, this is a very picky little bug. There is a line of maybe 2 pixels
underneath the DB connection dropdown box on the Query screen, and also
under the row limit dropdown on the Edit data screen that fails to draw
correctly.
