To member of PostgreSql organization    I downloaded PostgreSql binary file (postgresql-7.0-nt-binaries.tar.gz) to install PosgreSql on Windows NT with cygwin librarys. But one bianary file doesn't exist inn pgsql/bin directry. It's a "postmaster" file.  Is it necessary to compile it to make
