Oops, is there any? Sorry then, I searhed at cpan, withou finding any
modules named just Pg

I have written a few script of that kind my self, and I was really surprised
how much it mattered when I managed to move a $dbi-prepare out of the
insert loop.

I'm trying to build the binaries of Postgresql 7.2 for Redhat 7.1
This was the resoult:

I tried to find a new binary for gettext without result, so I
donwloaded
the source, I installed the version 0.10.40:
locale support. Is that the problem? As far as I could see, locale
support has mostly to do with character encoding.
