I am getting below error while executing below query:
select * from delv;
ERROR: cache lookup failed for relation 778112
delv is a master table and partitions are created on it by range. I am
facing this issue recently after creating partition on it.

Hi All,
I am trying to alter column from "timestamp without timezone" to
"bigint" but getting below error:
#ALTER TABLE test ALTER column time type bigint;
#ERROR: column "time" cannot be cast to type bigint
