The error message seems reasonably clear to me... check what you've got
installed in the way of locale packages.
My guess is that [EMAIL PROTECTED] is not a valid value for LANG. You can see a list of acceptable language identifiers in the RFC at http://www.i18nguy.com/unicode/language-identifiers.html
