I speak English not well, sorry.
I use Postgresql 8.3.0 on Win32. So, when I try to restore into database, I
have an error such as

LANGUAGE c STRICT;"
pldbgapi.dll and needed plugins is in their directories. I tried with different
options, but...
How to restore database?
