[ADMIN] configurate postmaster

Hello, My postgresql base is on machine A. Me I'm on machine B. I would like to connect to my postgresql system from machine A (with my soft in python; yes I got pygresql installed). Apparently I must run my postmaster on machine A with specifics parameters, but I can't find which parameters.
