OK, finally I could build it from source. I am using MinGW to do that.
Now that I have those exe files. Now how do I start the service or the
database. I see the necessary exe files under src/bin/scripts folder
such as createdb.exe, createuser.exe...Any manual for that. I appreciate
your help.

Try pointing LD_RUN_PATH at that directory. There are probably easier
ways, but I'm not a Solaris expert to know how else you can configure
the search path for its dynamic linker.

assuming you're using sh/ksh/bash and not csh, in the script thats
launching your application, or in your account ~/.profile ...
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH;
