Sorry for disturbing you, it was my fault. I was working on a different
database and changing just this attribute and not seeing it change makes me
think it was a bug.
I didn't find where I can cancel the bug.

Hi and thank you for replying.
I have tried using the FQDN without success.
The reverse DNS server was already setup.
After installing bridge-utils in order to run the host command and I
discovered the reverse dns had config problems
(something you suggested)
$host laptop
laptop.biroul.gis ha
