The listmanager should do this for everyone who was subscribed to the
digest version, but send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the following
body:

set pgsql-general digest [EMAIL PROTECTED]
end

The fourth (email address) field is optional if your From: header
is set to the address you're subscribed as.

Here's the results of mine:

Settings for Chris Linstruth <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> changed.
SPR

End of commands.
1 valid command processed; it was successful.

Now to see if it really sends a digest.
